Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please make a video while opening the Packaging as supporting proof in case you wish to claim for any return/replacement.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: BigRayn offers you hassle-free Returns. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, within 3 days of shipment receipt, for a full refund (the courier charges incurred for sending and returning the product, will be deducted from the settlement amount in case of returns).
Once we authorize a return, our courier partners will initiate a pickup. Please note you would need to pack the product and stick the address/return label before handing the product to our courier partner.
In case our courier partner does not have a return pickup service in your pin code, then we would inform you and you would need to arrange for a return for the items yourself.
Can a cancelation or change in order be made after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled if the request is made within a few hours of the order being placed and your order hasn’t been packed/ dispatched. Normally, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to into our warehouse for fulfillment and thus cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.
Exchanges in case of damaged goods (if applicable)
We take great care in packaging our products so there is zero damage to your package. However, in case you receive defective or damaged products, we will gladly replace it for you. Kindly email us images of the unopened and unused parcel illustrating the damaged areas within 12 hours at [email protected] . We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. Once the claim is approved and the materials are received back by us, the replacement shall be sent to you.
If you return part of the products of the same order, the amount to be returned will be calculated considering the price of the products acquired at the end, not the total products of the original order.
Returns incase of quality issues:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our product(s), please return the goods back to us and we will issue a full refund (less courier/shipping charges) upon receipt of package & quality check. If you return part of the products of the same order, the amount to be returned will be calculated considering the price of the products acquired at the end, not the total products of the original order.
This policy does not apply to custom orders. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Our prime focus is to deliver colors and products as accurately as shown on our website, but due to certain conditions like light, camera differences may occur. Rest assured, we never compromise on the quality of the materials used. We deal with handloom products. so threads coming out and slight difference in colors are expected.
How to return:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return the package back to us and we will issue a full refund (less courier/ shipping charges) upon receipt of the package & quality checks. You are liable to bear the cost of shipping the goods back to us.
Email us at [email protected] with the reason for your return and we will send you the return address. Please place the item along with the original invoice and and ship it back to the address given in the email you received.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the courier charges we incurred to send the goods to you will also be deducted. Rest assured, we will refund you the full cost of the returned item, less courier charges.
If you are shipping an item over INR 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to send back the package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
