BigRayn currently ships to over 15,000 PIN codes across India. Minimal shipping charges ranging from 0-799 INR will be charged depending on the order weight. ODA pincodes may be charged more.
Depending upon your Pin Code, the shipping transit time varies between 3 to 12 working days. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or festivals or strikes or lockdowns. In such cases, PackNest will not be held responsible. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
-On average processing takes 1-3 business days.
-Custom products take 5-10 days to process.
-Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends.
-Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.
-If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
-You will receive updates of your package with tracking details on your email and by text message. Please make a video while opening the Packaging as supporting proof in case you wish to claim for any return/replacement.

-We will send you an email when we ship your order with a link to track it.
Remote Location Shipping:
-A minimal surcharge may be applied if your delivery destination is remote/hard to access.
-We will email you in case your shipping destination falls under such a zone.
We provide worldwide delivery. Orders outside of INDIA, will be charged on actuals depending on your shipping destination country. Please contact us on [email protected] to enquire and place an order.
-For all domestic orders, GST shall be applicable. You will receive a GST invoice once you place an order on your email ID. In case you need an additional soft copy, email us.
-If your order has multiple items, these may ship separately from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive tracking links of all items.
